Weight Diet Log
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using Weight Diet Log (hereinafter referred to as the “App”). By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The App is a personal recording app that allows users to record their own body weight, body fat percentage, record tags, notes, and other related information, and to review daily changes.
The App is intended to organize and display recorded content. It does not guarantee any specific weight loss effect, health improvement, improvement in physical condition, or similar outcome.
The records, graphs, calendar, and other displayed content in the App are not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, prevention, nutritional guidance, or health management advice.
If you have concerns about your physical condition or health, experience sudden changes in body weight, have an existing medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or plan to restrict your diet or lose weight, please consult a physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional as necessary.
Users are responsible for their own entries in the App, checking their records, setting record tags, setting target weight, and making decisions related to diet, exercise, or other lifestyle matters.
The developer shall not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect entries, overlooked records, interpretation of recorded content, or actions taken based on use of the App, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the developer.
Records and settings entered in the App are, in principle, stored on the user’s device.
Stored data may be lost due to device failure, loss of the device, device replacement, deletion of the App, operating system issues, failure to restore a backup, the user’s own actions, or other similar circumstances. Users are responsible for managing any information they consider necessary.
Information related to advertising may be collected, used, and managed by third-party services such as Google AdMob. Please refer to the App’s Privacy Policy for details.
Body weight, body fat percentage, graphs, calendars, record tags, target displays, and other information shown in the App are displayed based on information entered by the user.
The developer does not guarantee the accuracy of entered content, completeness of displayed content, accuracy of calculation results, or suitability for any particular purpose.
The App uses Google AdMob as an advertising service. Advertisements may be displayed within the App, and the content, frequency, and format of advertisements may change depending on the specifications or decisions of the advertising service provider.
If a user taps an advertisement, the user may be redirected to an external website, app, service, or other third-party content. The content, accuracy, safety, terms of use, privacy practices, and operation of such external services are managed by each service provider, and the developer does not guarantee them.
Please refer to the App’s Privacy Policy and the privacy policies or terms of each service provider for details regarding information collected and handled by advertising services.
Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the App.
The developer may change, add, suspend, or terminate the content, functions, specifications, method of providing the App, or the availability and method of displaying advertisements as necessary.
Even if this causes damage to users, the developer shall not be liable, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the developer.
The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, safety, suitability for a particular purpose, absence of errors or defects, or continuous availability of the App.
The developer shall not be liable for damages, troubles, changes in health condition, data loss, problems caused by the user’s device environment, issues related to advertisements or third-party services, or other issues arising from use of the App or inability to use the App, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the developer.
However, this does not apply where the developer is required to assume liability under applicable laws and regulations.
Rights related to the designs, text, images, programs, and other content included in the App belong to the developer or to third parties who hold the legitimate rights.
Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or distribute the content of the App without permission beyond the scope of personal use.
The handling of user information in the App, information collected by advertising services, and the use of third-party services are described in the App’s Privacy Policy.
The developer may change these Terms as necessary. These Terms may also be updated if advertising services, external services, features, specifications, laws, or regulations change.
If any important changes are made, users will be notified in an easy-to-understand manner on this page or within the App.
If a user continues to use the App after the Terms have been changed, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
